Position Summary
Two engineers will assist the Chief Engineer and maintenance team with tasks and project-related initiatives as assigned. Engineers will be working to commission and maintain the production and packaging machinery on the processing floor, as well as preparing and maintaining reports on maintenance, data management, project implementation, and other related projects.

Requirements
• Electrical Engineer
◦ 5 years practical experience in industrial electrical engineering
◦ Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering or closely related subject

• Mechanical engineer
◦ 5 years practical experience in industrial mechanical engineering
◦ Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering or closely related subject

The Role
Both engineers will be working with the Chief Engineer to complete set up a number of food processing machines at our new factory. Once commissioned, they will need to take independent responsibility for:

• Installing new equipment and machinery
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance routines
• Responding to breakdowns
• Diagnosing faults
• Repairing equipment
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
